RMIC has said it will be moving from it’s current offices near Hanesbrands’ on Hanes Mill Blvd. to the “Wachovia” Park Building. Some 325 employees will call the building Wachovia vacated home come this spring, 2008.

The building was built in 1998 and used by Wachovia for it’s administrative offices until 2001-2002 when it was sold as part of the Wachovia  – First Union deal.

Renovations are expected to run around 3 million per permits filed with the city.
