As the Gartner Groups “Dataquest Insight: Tablet PCs Are Slowly Gaining Momentum” report indicates, Tablet PCs are here to stay (www.gartner.com). Whereas the insurance, healthcare, public safety, and real estate industries were the 1st users of tablet technology, Gartner suggests that the next big vertical enterprise to identify the usefulness of Tablet PCs will be higher education. “In the past two years, higher education faculty and students have been the main emerging users adopting the convertible tablet PCs,”  the report states.

Just a quick note that reports are coming in that Blackberry service is suffering another outage or interruption. It appears to only be related to Blackberry Internet Service users and not Blackberry Enterprise users. Here is the statement from RIMM:

"Some customers using BlackBerry Internet Service experienced a delay this afternoon in sending or receiving e-mail. The issue has since been resolved and no messages were lost. RIM continues to investigate the matter. Service for BlackBerry Enterprise Server customers was not impacted. RIM apologizes to customers for any inconvenience."

Some may remember back to April when a reported "software update" caused an outage that lasted for hours.

The videos are short, broken down by topic and stay on point. Well worth the 2-4 minutes if your not sure how to create a Pivot Table or give me a blank stare when I even say the term Pivot Table.
