Pepsi announced it will be adding 150 jobs at it’s Customer Service Center in Winston-Salem. Both groups located at the Winston-Salem location are looking to increase staff. Pepsi Business Services is looking for PeopleSoft and financial professionals where as the Pepsi Direct group is looking to fill sales positions. Johnson Development Associates has sold 415,000 square feet in the Union Cross Business Park to CB Richard Ellis Reality Trust of New Jersey. This was part of a larger sale of some 5 million square feet by Johnson Development of various properties in Spartanburg, Charleston, Orangeburg, and Kings Mountain. Johnson Development says this does not change the current construction of 500,000 square feet in the park or the 102 acres it owns near the Dell plant in Winston-Salem.

Greg Stiles, a UNC-C graduate, has been selected to be the Office Manager of Engineering in Cavanaugh and Associates Asheville office. Cavanaugh and Associates operates offices in Raleigh, Wilmington and of course here in Winston-Salem.

Brian Lambert has joined Kilpatrick Stockton LLP  law firm’s Intellectual Property Department. Brian Lambert graduated from UNC-Charlotte and worked with patent searches and prosecution in Silicon Valley.
